Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association (LRPRA) is a large homeowners association located in Prince William County, Virginia.  Our 7,200 plus property units are situated on 4,200 acres on the  banks of the Occoquan River Reservoir.  Property units include single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial properties.  Schools, shopping centers, and churches also abound!  Amenities are terrific with five pools, a sprayground, a boat ramp, community centers, sports fields, tot lots, basketball pads, tennis courts, ... and more!   LRPRA isn't just a place - it's a lifestyle!

LRPRA Members registered on the website can sign in to view the Association's financial information, such as the latest auditor's report, budget information, and the Assessment Roster by clicking on the Info menu's Resource Center submenu  and selecting "Financials." Members can also view Board meeting agendas and minutes by selecting "Board" within the Info menu's Resource Center.

Also, of interest to the membership, the Docs menu  contains information about the committee that is working to update the Association's governing documents.

Forms: The Forms menu heading contains a Membership Card Application for obtaining pool passes, the Architectural Committee Request Form for making modifications to exteriors of homeowner  properties, a Recreation Event Registration Form, the POA Disclosure Packet Request for homeowners who are selling their properties, and much more. 

The Make Payment menu heading provides for homeowners who have signed into the website to pay assessments online through the Smartstreet link.

Go to the Recreation menu heading to view information about Association amenities, clubs, preschool, summer camps, pool passes and pool rules, T-ball and Coach Pitch, and so much more.

Inside the Covenants menu heading, click on Declaration to view the Lake Ridge Association Declaration, By-Laws & Articles or the Achitectural Guidelines and the Common Ground Guidelines. This menu also contains information about parking, yard sales in common ground, pet responsibility, and other issues.
