Centers are available for community use and rental. For additional information, call the recreation office at 703.491.2154. The rental fee is due at the time of reservation, the CASH security deposit is due when you pick up the center key and returned when rental is completed pending compliance with all contract rules.

Canterbury Woods Center 12184 Chaucer Lane Maximum Capacity: 75 The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, four stove top burners (no oven) and a microwave oven. 7 six foot tables and 60 folding chairs are included with rental. RENTAL FEE: Members - $60/hour or $300 5+ hours Non-Members - $80/hour or $400 5+ hours SECURITY DEPOSIT: Members $300 CASH / Non-Members $400 CASH
Tall Oaks Center 12298 Cotton Mill Drive Maximum Capacity: 75 This formal room is equipped with a refrigerator, stove (with four burners and oven), and microwave. A lovely bar area and a cozy fireplace add to the elegant atmosphere of the center. 10 six foot banquet tables and 75 chairs are included with this rental. RENTAL FEE: Members - $85/hour or $350 4+ hours Non-Members - $110/hour or $450 4+ hours SECURITY DEPOSIT: Members $300 CASH / Non-Members $400 CASH
Non-Profit Community Groups may reserve the center for meetings. The fee is $25 for the first 2 hours and $50 for four or more hours. Additionally, there is a $25 cash security deposit required at the time of the rental.

Spray n' Play Spray Park - Corner of Springwoods and Bracknell Available for children 12 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pool pass. All members age 3 and up must have a valid pool pass. All guests age 3 and up must be accompanied by an LRPRA member and have a valid guest pass.
Rent-A-Pool
Pools
may be rented by homeowners for the hours after they close until 12
midnight. The Rental Fee is a flat rate of $200. Additionally a
payment of $75 per hour is charged for the minimum three lifeguards
required for the duration of the rental.
The
Spray Park may be rented after regular operating hours until dusk. The
Rental Fee is a flat rate of $200. Additionally a payment of $25 per
hour is charged for the lifeguard required for the duration of the
rental.
You
must fill out a rental agreement form and pay the full amount of the
rental and lifeguard fee to secure your date. A cash security deposit
of $200 is required prior to the rental date. For more information

Water Aerobics
Lake Ridge Members only - Join us at the Oakwood Pool Monday through Friday from 10A.M. until 10:45A.M. beginning June 18th and lasting through August 31st for a fun low impact cardiovascular workout. You may purchase a season pass for $100 at the LRPRA Administration Office at 12350 Oakwood Drive, or pay $5 each time you drop in at the pool.
Guest Passes
All guests must be accompanied by an LRPRA member and have a valid guest pass. Guest passes may be purchased at pools and the Recreation Department. Exact change or a check is needed for purchases at the pool. Each guest requires one pass per day. Guest passes have no expiration date, so feel free to stock up. Guest pass fees are non-refundable.

Other Amenities
Hooes Run Boat Ramp Located at the end of Forest Hill drive, the Hooes Run boat ramp accesses the Occoquan Reservoir. A key to access the boat ramp is available at the administration office. Boats powered by engines larger than 10 horsepower are prohibited. Swimming and water skiing in the reservoir is also prohibited. The boat ramp is open from sunrise to 9:00 p.m.
Tennis Courts Keys for the courts are available at the administration office. The tennis courts are open for play from sunrise until 11:00pm daily. 2 Lighted Courts at Ridgewood, 12350 Oakwood Drive 4 Lighted Courts at the corner of Antietam Road and Woodfern Court 1 Unlit Court at Springwoods Drive behind the Spray 'n' Play
Fantasy Playground - This large, wooden play area is located at 12298 Cotton Mill Drive.

Sports Fields Permits for sports fields use are available in the administration office.
Old Bridge Softball Field - Located on Old Bridge Road at the corner of Smoketown Road. It is available for use by permit only. Permits may be requested by homeowners via email toand should include the homeowner's name and address, date of event, time event begins, and duration of event. Permit Rates: $25 per event
