The Association provides covenant enforcement in accordance with our  Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.  Specific guidelines, policies, and procedures exist to insure harmonious living and the high aesthetic standards of our community. 

Architectural Covenants
Want to make an exterior alteration to your property?  In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, you must receive Architectural Committee approval PRIOR TO changing the exterior appearance of your property.  Become acquainted with the Architectural Committee Guidelines  and submit an  Architectural Request Form when you wish to make a change to your property.  Be sure to receive approval from the committee BEFORE work begins.

Common Ground Covenants
The Association maintains 1200 acres of common ground!  The natural wooded beauty of Lake Ridge is prized by the membership.  The Common Ground Guidelines exist in order to protect this beautiful environment and control the use of the common ground.  Additional policies and procedures also insure respectful and efficient use of the common ground, to include: parking management for the Association's private streets, pet responsibility, and snowplowing service for the Association's private streets.  If you would like to make an alteration to the common ground, you must obtain the approval of the Association prior to taking any action.  Approval may be sought by completing and submitting the Common Ground Request Form to the Maintenance Department.  You will receive a formal response to your written request.
