The Membership Form must be completed in order to obtain pool passes and to enjoy our wonderful aquatics facilities.  It is important to complete this after purchasing a home located within LRPRA. 

Architectural Request Form is used to submit any changes to the exterior of your property to the Architectural Committee for approval PRIOR TO the start of any work, and the Common Ground Request Form is used to submit any changes to the common area to the Association for approval PRIOR TO the start of any work.

Direct Debit Form is used to have your assessment payment automatically deducted from your bank account each quarter without having to rely on memory! 

The POA Disclosure Request will be needed if you are selling your home.  In accordance with the Property Owners Act of Virginia, owners of properties located within a homeowners association must provide this packet to prospective buyers.  The PUD Form contains basic statistics about the Association and may be required by mortgage lenders. 

Use the Rec Registration Form for recreational events, programs and clubs, and Association youth may complete the Youth Sports Form to participate in one of our sports programs.
