This instructional league is designed for children age 6-12 by October 1. Teams are divided into age appropriate divisions. Let your kids discover the joys of football without the contact. Patterned after the NFL Flag program the league stresses teaching the basics of the game, teamwork, and fun. Games and practices are scheduled for Saturdays only, make ups will be scheduled if necessary. The season will consist of 3 practices and 6 games. This is an instructional league dedicated to introducing players to the game of football. We do not keep league standings nor do we recognize a league champion. Registration is held from July 1-31st. Practice will begin September 19, at the field located on the corner of Smoketown Rd. and Old Bridge Rd.
The fee for the season is $50 for Lake Ridge Members and $55 for non-members. The fee includes uniform shirt and most equipment.
