Covenants
Please know that the Covenants Department is aware of the impact that COVID-19 concerns may have on Homeowners’ finances and their abilities to address outstanding property violations at this time.
Homeowners are strongly encouraged to contact the department by telephone at 703-491-2154 or via e-mail at covenants@lakeridgeva.com to discuss extensions of time and accommodations as needed. Reasonable requests will not be refused.
Trash Service
Extra time to clean out homes has brought an influx of trash and large items for disposal. Charlie & Sons has been working diligently to continue their duties, and the safety of their customers, community and staff are very important.
Bulk Pickup
All pickups MUST be scheduled in advance and meet the appropriate requirements, such as a limited of 2 items per pickup and must be on the approved items list. Please do not leave items in your yard without scheduling. You may call Charlie & Son at 703-670-9652 to schedule a bulk pickup in advance. See Trash Service Update for more details.
Please remember that leaving bulk items, household items, and excessive amounts of trash in common areas around Lake Ridge is considered illegal dumping and fines will be issued.
Trash Rules & Regulations
Please be conscious of all trash disposal practices at this time, referencing Charlie & Son’s rules and regulations if you have any questions. Residents and Homeowners are reminded that plastic trash bags are not to be used for placing trash out for weekly pickups. This is a clear violation of LRPRA rules and regulations, and will be strictly enforced by our Covenants Department. Besides being prone to opening by rodents and birds, the bags are unsightly and in many cases unsanitary. Your continued attention to this matter in these difficult times is appreciated.
