The next assessment payment is due December 1. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice. LRPRA offers many ways to make your payment in a timely manner. Please visit the Assessment Payments Page on the website for further information.
Credit Card Payments: LRPRA no longer accepts credit card payments over the phone or in the Administration Office as a form of payment for your quarterly assessment payment. One-time or recurring credit card payments can be made securely through your Homeowner Portal by selecting Make A Payment from your portal Dashboard and clicking on Credit Card. Credit card payments also can be made at the LRPRA website by clicking on the Pay Online button. All credit card payments include an additional processing fee. Recurring Electronic Payments: We strongly encourage homeowners to set up recurring electronic payments. One-time or recurring Auto-Draft (ACH) payments can be made in your Homeowner Portal for free.
A new drive-by drop box has been installed in the parking lot of the Association Office! The new box will be open and ready to accept payments starting Monday, November 21 at 10:00am with the old box removed from outside the front door. Drive up and deposit your payments and forms fast with no fuss!
Labeled Paper Bags: Residents removing leaves from their yard are required to use compostable paper bags or a personal container labeled "Yard Waste". Wednesday is yard waste pick-up day through December. If plastic bags are used, the yard waste will NOT be picked up.
Bag Limit: Please remember that there is an 8 bag limit on leaves on yard waste pick-up day. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Visit with Santa & Letters from Santa: Register now for our holiday activities! Grab a family time slot with Mr. & Mrs. Claus on December 3 and submit your requests for personalized letters from Santa to your loved ones through December 9. A discount is applied for those who register during the month of November, so sign up early!
Virtual Ballot Format: Ballots for the upcoming Board of Directors Election will be distributed via EMAIL ONLY in January. If you believe your main email address is incorrect, needs to be updated, or does not exist in our database, please complete our Update Form. Note that the email you receive the News Flash from may not be in our database if you have changed emails since purchasing your home. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
