Office Closed for Thanksgiving
LRPRA Administration Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 24 and November 25. Office hours will resume Monday, November 28, at 8:30am.
Holiday Trash Service: There will be no trash or recycling service on Thursday, November 24. Service will resume your next regularly scheduled day. Please plan accordingly in advance.
Expect an Email from "GetQuorum"
Our electronic voting vender "GetQuorum" will be sending emails at the end of this month prompting Homeowners to register for the LRPRA 2023 Board of Directors election. Make sure to check your inbox and follow the instructions. Remember, all voting will be electronic. There will be no paper ballots.

Quarterly Assessment: December Reminder & Credit Card Changes
December Payment Reminder: This quarter's assessment payment is due December 1. Payments must arrive by 5:00pm, December 15 to avoid the $50 late fee. If you have not paid your quarterly assessment, please do so in a timely manner to avoid the late fee. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have already paid, kindly disregard this notice.
Credit Card Payments: LRPRA no longer accepts credit card payments over the phone or in the Administration Office as a form of payment. Instead, credit card payments (which always include an additional processing fee) can be made the following ways:
- Homeowner Portal: Credit card payments can be made securely through your Homeowner Portal by selecting Make A Payment from your portal Dashboard and clicking on Credit Card.
- Online: Credit card payments can also still be made through the LRPRA website by clicking on the Pay Online button.
Recurring Electronic Payments: Even better than credit card payment, the setup of Auto-Draft (ACH) recurring electronic payments is free with no processing fee through your Homeowner Portal. We strongly encourage this as the best way to pay and keep track of your quarterly assessment payments and account info.
