Job Openings: Landscape Specialists & Grounds Specialists
The Maintenance Department is looking for courteous, capable and professional representatives to the community as full-time Landscape Specialists, seasonal Landscape Specialists, and Grounds Specialists. Full-time benefits are provided, and responsibilities include outdoor work in the community from mowing, leaf removal, litter pickup, snow and sand removal to operation of Association equipment & vehicles (for those with valid driver's licenses, preferred). Yard Waste Wednesday Resumes
The yard waste program will resume Wednesday, March 1 and continue through December. To ensure collection by Disposal Services, residents must place yard waste in biodegradable paper bags or containers labeled “Yard Waste”. The public can no longer use plastic bags for yard waste collection. The Trash & Recycling Schedule is unchanged. For further details PWC have provided the following document.
