Quarterly Billing Update 

August 1, 2023, quarterly billing statements were sent by mail or email based on your billing preference on your owner portal. Homeowners will no longer receive annual coupon booklets. Please check your spam folder if you have signed up for e-statements and did not receive your statement Tuesday, August 1st.

Please visit the owner portal at portal.lakeridgeva.com to verify your current contact information and email address. Please use the updated account number, listed on your quarterly statement and in your owner portal, when submitting payments.

Tennis Court/Pickleball Court Update 

Sport Systems: "Work shall not be scheduled if rain is predicted or other unsuitable weather or site conditions are present or predicted. Coating work including patching, coating and lines are extremely weather sensitive and will be performed in clear, dry, warm, sunny weather only with temperatures 60 degrees and rising at the sole discretion of SS".

8/11 Update: Work on the courts is in process, there was a paint shortage this week with well predicted rain as well. Please be aware courts may be closed periodically at unpredictable times over the next few weeks. There is not a schedule due to staffing with Sport Systems. Not all courts will be closed at the same time.

LRPRA thanks homeowners for their patience as the contractor works through the unpredictable weather and tries to complete contracted work as weather permits.
