We are gathering data monthly for different departments within LRPRA and appreciate the feedback we have received thus far. We print the results in the bi-monthly Lake Ridge Today magazine. June 1 Assessment Payments
If you are one of the homeowners that still has not paid your JUNE assessment payment, you are at risk of losing your quarterly payment option. Your June payment must be received by August 31 to avoid your entire ANNUAL assessment being declared due on September 1, 2023. Please contact the Association office at 703-491-2154 IF you are uncertain whether you have paid your June assessment.

Assessment Reminder/News
September 1 Assessment Payment Due: If you have not paid your quarterly assessment, please do so in a timely manner to avoid the late fee. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have paid your assessment, please disregard this reminder.
Assessment News: August 1, 2023, quarterly billing statements were sent by mail or email based on your billing preference on your owner portal. Homeowners will no longer receive annual coupon booklets. Please check your spam folder if you have signed up for e-statements and did not receive your statement Tuesday, August 1st.
Please visit the owner portal at portal.lakeridgeva.com to verify your current contact information and email address. Please use the updated account number, listed on your quarterly statement and in your owner portal, when submitting payments.

Attention homeowners of LRPRA! We want to make sure you're in the loop about an important change. LRPRA has shifted from annual Coupon Books to Quarterly Statements for assessment payments. This change is designed to provide you with regular reminders about upcoming payment deadlines.
Since July 28, 2023, we have actively communicated this update through our weekly LRPRA News Flashes. These regular news updates are a reliable source of information for all residents. You can also stay up to date on Association news via the LRPRA Website, the Marquee located on the corner of Oakwood Drive and Old Bridge Road, and of course through the Owner Portal.
This change enhances transparency and makes it easier for homeowners to keep track of their assessments. Stay connected through our News Flashes, Website, Marquee, and Owner’s Portal. Your cooperation is highly appreciated as we work towards a more streamlined and informed homeowner experience.

Homeowner Portal App
Do you currently use Apple/iOS products? Great news for Apple/iOS product users:
Homeowners that use Apple/iOS can now access the Owner Portal through the “Home by Vantaca” app available in the App Store.
“Home by Vantaca” is a convenient and mobile-friendly way to access your Owner Portal. Simply log in using your existing portal credentials and select Lake Ridge as your management company.
You can stay informed about your assessments, view your current balance, review recent payments, and access a comprehensive account payment history. This app provides a clear and simple way for you to manage your payments.
If you do not currently use Apple/iOS products, don’t worry! Versions are being created for other platforms.
Simply scan the QR Code and press “Download on the App Store” to download to your Apple/iOS device!
